For me, having a first-rate personal trainer is indispensable. I have tried working out by myself, and I never make enough progress; I have also had a couple of second-rate trainers in the past, who are frankly a complete waste of time and money. Greg Smith delivers exactly what I need. He worked out an excellent training program that exactly suited my goals, and made sure that I got through the program more-or-less precisely as planned. He keeps thorough records, and he watches carefully to make sure that I maintain strict form, in order to get the maximum benefit out of each workout as safely as possible. He has a good understanding of exercise and fitness, and he has the interpersonal skills to develop an excellent working relationship with his clients. It is hard to imagine a better trainer.
I have recently finished training with Greg and its been a great experience, as well as very helpful and constructive. Greg has a wealth of experience and his professional manner meant that sessions were always focused and varied. Before working out with Greg I was a desk-bound keyboard jockey who could kid himself into imagining that he was fit. The best thing is probably the great post training feeling, and increased feelings of control over diet. The lost weight, and generally feeling lighter, are great too. It has made the rest of life easier. More comfortable in airplane seats, easier to find clothes that fit. etc. and it’s nice that people notice you look slimmer. That if you can afford it, it’s worth it, especially with Greg. He’ll work with you to a) figure out and b) achieve your goals
