A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

For over 15 years, I’ve helped men and women working in the City of London improve their health, performance, and confidence through evidence-based coaching. During that time, I’ve guided more than 150 clients in achieving their health and fitness goals, with many choosing to work with me for over a decade—a testament to the results we’ve achieved and the relationships we’ve built together. Alongside one-to-one coaching, I’ve delivered corporate wellness talks, workshops, and training programmes at some of the most prestigious firms in the Square Mile. I’ve also trained, coached, and mentored other trainers in my workplace through The PT Academy development programme. In 2024, I was honoured to be voted City Athletic Personal Trainer of the Year by my fellow coaches. Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, climbing, or coaching my son’s Under-10s football team—activities that keep me learning, challenged, and connected to the values I bring to my coaching.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How often should I work out with a personal trainer?

There is a minimum commitment of two personal taining sessions per week, but the number of sessions you do will be determined by your goals, budget and level of commitment.

Do I have to be a member of a gym?

Yes. To train with me you need to either be a member of 24N Fitness, or pay an additional guest pass fee to use the clubs facilities. 

What kind of results can I expect?

Your rate of results will depend on a variety of different factors such as your age, gender, starting weight, training experience and level of commitment. At typical rate of weight loss ranges from 0.5 – 1.5kg per week – depending on the factors listed above.

What happens if I have to travel?

Most clients choose to do either more sessions before they go, or more sessions after they come back to make up for the lost time. Alternatively, you can train online via video link.

How do I book sessions?

You’ll be allocates a regular set of slots each week and they will be booked in via the My PT Hub app. If you for one reason or another you need to train at a different time we can find alternatives.

Do you work weekends?

No, I do not train clients during the evening or on the weekends. My opening hours are 06:30 – 15:00 Monday to Friday.
