Before training I didn’t exercise nearly as much and although I thought I was eating the right amount of protein and carbs I actually wasn’t which is why I wasn’t losing any weight. I decided to train with Greg in preparation for my wedding and with Greg’s help, support and guidance I got the most AMAZING results. I was diagnosed Sacroiliitis a few years ago and felt quite disheartened with regards to my training and what I was told I could do. Before I started training with Greg, I had seen a few different physiotherapists, had regular sports massages and still felt tension in my back and hip which caused me a lot of discomfort, especially in training sessions and post training. I decided to stop strength training my lower body and did not think I was able to without aggravation. I started training with Greg at the end of 2014 and we worked on strengthening my core and most importantly my technique. Over my 12 week programme, Greg introduced basic lower bodyweight exercises and I am now doing exercises I never thought I would do, with my strength improving with each session. I am currently loving feeling stronger and being able to train without pain. Greg has great attention to detail and focuses hugely on technique and not rushing you to increase things before you are ready. The sessions are both engaging and enjoyable.
