 Before I started training with Greg, I had seen a few different physiotherapists, had regular sports massages and still felt tension in my back and hip which caused me a lot of discomfort, especially in training sessions and post training. Over my 12 week programme, Greg introduced basic lower bodyweight exercises and I am now doing exercises I never thought I would do, with my strength improving with each session. I am currently loving feeling stronger and being able to train without pain. STEP 3 - ASSESSMENT

Your fitness journey starts with an assessment where we’ll measure your weight, body composition and heart health. We’ll also conduct a functional movement screen. This is used to identify any movement issues, create a bespoke training program, and prevent injuries.
