Before working out with Greg I was a desk-bound keyboard jockey who could kid himself into imagining that he was fit. The best thing is probably the great post training feeling, and increased feelings of control over diet. The lost weight, and generally feeling lighter, are great too. It has made the rest of life easier. More comfortable in airplane seats, easier to find clothes that fit. etc. and it’s nice that people notice you look slimmer. STEP 3 - ASSESSMENT
Your fitness journey starts with an assessment where we’ll measure your weight, body composition and heart health. We’ll also conduct a functional movement screen. This is used to identify any movement issues, create a bespoke training program, and prevent injuries.
