The Three Biggest Problems Beginners Face When Trying To Reach Their Health and Fitness Goals, And How To Overcome Them
I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 13 years.
During that time I have learned a lot about what it takes to solve some of the biggest problems clients face when trying to achieve their health and fitness goals.
It’s actually a lot easier than you think.
Problem 1. A lack of time: You can get great results in under three hours a week. Just perform three whole body strength training sessions that consist of high rep super-sets with short rest periods and you will build muscle, burn fat and improve your anaerobic fitness. That’s more than sufficient to get great results.
Problem 2. A lack of motivation: Motivation comes after action and not before it. Therefore, if you want to feel more motivated to exercise get into the habit of taking small sequential actions that take you one step closer to achieve your health and fitness goals. The positive momentum you generate will create the motivation you need to continue.
Problem 3. A lack of confidence: Don’t let a lack of confidence prevent you from reaching your goals. You can build the confidence you need to be successful by focusing on small, realistically achievable goals that become progressively more challenging over time. Reflecting on your achievements, no matter how small, will boost your confidence.
See? That wasn’t so hard.
